This week our office received an approval of an O-1 Visa Petition for an incredibly talented singer. This specific O-1 Visa Petition approval is significant because we changed the O-1 beneficiary singer's status from a P-1 Visa category to an O-1 Visa category. An O-1 Visa is one of, if not the highest Visa category a foreigner can obtain as the O-1 Visa is only granted to individuals who possess extraordinary ability in Sciences, Arts, Business or Athletics or individuals who possess extraordinary achievement in the television and/or motion picture industries.
